This notice explains how Hicupp Technologies ("Hicupp", "we") handles personal information on hicupp.com and in the products we run, including SkyArena.

What we collect

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. When you buy from one of our products, our payment provider, Polar, processes your purchase and shares your name, email address and order details with us. We do not receive or store your full card details.

How we use it

To reply to you, deliver what you bought, provide support and refunds, and tell you about the product you signed up for. We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare hosts our websites and routes our email. Polar processes payments as merchant of record. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you updates, at any time by emailing hello@hicupp.com.
